The club currently provides two levels of competition for its players and offers both indoor and outdoor sessions. The club operates out of the South and Southeast areas of Regina and has 230 athletes. These athletes range in age from 4 years to 18 years both male and female.

One of the most important field accomplishments of QC United has been the winning of a silver medal by the QC Vikings at the Canadian National Club Competition in 1997. The club continued a trend of sending teams to Nationals with its U14 and U16 girls’ teams going in 2003 and 2004. As a result of these appearances the club is presently ranked 98 in the rankings found on the CSA website.
