Prairie Berries Club Fundraiser

Hello Everyone,

We are once again partnering with our friends at Prairie Berries to raise funds by selling fresh saskatoon berries and homemade saskatoon berry pies. Like many other sport organizations, COVID-19 has negatively impacted our Club's financial situation and as such, all proceeds from this fundraiser will go toward the Club. Despite this not being an opportunity to raise fundraising credits for individual player/family accounts, we are asking our membership to sell as much product as possible to assist in mitigating the financial impact of COVID-19 and issues arising from it. We recognize the timeframe to sell product is less than in previous years, which is due in large part to factors related to COVID-19; however, we are hopeful the timeframe will allow sufficient time to raise valuable funds for the Club.

All orders and payment must be received by Friday, July 17, 2020. Orders and payment can be dropped off at the QC Facility on July 17th between 5:00-7:00PM or they can be submitted electronically via email and etransfer to qcunitedboard@gmail.com. The expectation is that if utilizing etransfer, the seller should collect all payments from their individual orders and then etransfer the collective amount. The etransfer should include the name of the player listed on the order form in the message section of the etransfer. Please do not have individuals who are purchasing product etransfer the Club directly.

Orders will be available for pick up at the QC Facility (1560A McDonald Street) on Tuesday, July 21, 2020 between 5:00 - 7:00PM. Our preference is that the seller picks up their collective order and then distributes product to those they sold to. An acceptable alternative is that the seller is present during pick up when those they sold to are picking up their individual orders.
